1. Your Agreement with Occupational Skills Centre
Welcome to Occupational Skills Centre (RTO No: 62299) (“OSCA,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the basic agreement between you (“Student,” “you,” “your”) and Occupational Skills Centre Australia.
By applying for, enrolling in, or participating in any course or service offered by OSCA, or by using our website (www.occskills.com.au), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by: a) These Terms and Conditions; and b) The detailed policies, procedures, rules, and regulations outlined in the current Occupational Skills Centre Student Handbook (“Student Handbook”).
The Student Handbook is an integral part of your agreement with us and contains vital information regarding your rights and responsibilities.
2. The Student Handbook
The student handbook provides comprehensive details on matters including, but not limited to:
* Enrolment procedures, including USI requirements;
* Course information, delivery, and assessment;
* Fees, payment plans, and our full Fees and Refund Policy;
* Student Code of Conduct and disciplinary procedures;
* Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure;
* Privacy Policy and the management of your personal information;
* Student support services;
* Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements;
* Policies on attendance, academic integrity, and issuance of qualifications.
It is your responsibility to access, read, and understand the contents of the Student Handbook before enrolling and throughout your engagement with OSCA.

3. Student Obligations
You agree to comply with all obligations, rules, and policies set forth in the Student Handbook and these brief Terms. You agree to provide accurate information to OSCA and to update us if your details change.
You agree to pay all applicable fees by the due dates as specified in the Student Handbook and your enrolment agreement.
4. Fees and Refunds
All information regarding course fees, additional charges, payment methods, and our detailed Refund Policy is contained within the Student Handbook. Please refer to the Student Handbook for this critical information.
5. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and manage your personal information in accordance with Australian law, is included in the Student Handbook.
6. Changes to Terms and Student Handbook
OSCA reserves the right to amend these Terms and the Student Handbook from time to time. Any amendments will be effective upon publication on our Website or direct notification to you. We encourage you to review both documents periodically. Your continued enrolment or use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.
